How to reset your password

To reset your password Visit https://imt.frogparkinghub.com/ and click on the “Forgot Password?” link.

Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.

A password reset email will be sent to you—please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.

Open the email and click the “Reset Password” link.

Enter your email address and create a new password, then click “Confirm.”

Note: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one symbol.

Purchasing a monthly pass

Log in to https://imt.frogparkinghub.com/

On the welcome page, click on the “Permits” option.

Select “Purchase New Permit”

Click ‘Buy’.

1. Select ‘Pay by Card’ as your payment method.

2. Enter your vehicle details

3. Click the “+” symbol to add more vehicles, if needed.

4. Click the “Purchase” button and follow the payment instructions on the next page.

Wait for a confirmation screen to ensure your payment has been processed successfully.
