City of Calabasas Partners with Frogparking for Smart Parking Systems

Frogparking is thrilled to announce a partnership with The City of Calabasas for an incoming parking systems upgrade.

Frogparking, a leading provider of smart parking management solutions, is excited to enhance parking availability and efficiency across the city. Overall, this collaboration will introduce a two-stage implementation of cutting-edge parking technology, aimed at delivering real-time data and insights to optimize parking infrastructure.

The first stage of this partnership involves the pilot installation of 48 state-of-the-art parking sensors and gateways outside City Hall. Likewise, this initial phase will serve as a testbed to gather and evaluate crucial data on parking demand, utilization, and turnover. By providing real-time updates on parking availability, the pilot aims to improve the parking experience for residents and visitors alike.

Consequently, upon the successful completion of the pilot, the City of Calabasas will explore the possibility of a city-wide rollout. Likewise, potentially expanding the parking solution to include 200-300 more parking sensors. This comprehensive approach will ensure that residents and visitors have access to reliable parking information throughout the city. As well as enhancing overall mobility and convenience.
