Chadstone is the largest shopping centre within Australasia and a world-renowned fashion and entertainment hub for local and international visitors. 

Located 17km (10 miles) from Melbourne, Chadstone offers an all-encompassing retail experience, with over 550 stores and welcoming over 23 million people annually.

Frogparking were excited to partner with them to install a complete parking management solution, to span their impressive 10,000 parking spots. 

Our parking management solution consisted of our patented laser indoor sensors, ultra-bright LED guidance lights (FrogGuidance), and dynamic signage (FrogSigns) to display occupancy to motorists at main decision points around the property and seamlessly guide them to the most convenient available parking space.

This solution offered ease of parking, like never seen before, in such a large and complex parking area. It provided proven results to improve speed of parking, congestion-management and a lowering of green house emissions. The tailored mobile app delivered added another layer of positive customer experience as users can see where parking is most available and the current time to park in parts of the center before they even start their journey.
